Information on Returns
Any item can be returned within 2 weeks of receipt if it is in new, unused condition and in its original wrappings. We will credit your credit card for the amount paid less our shipping/handling charge for sending the item to you. In the event our shipping costs were more than our shipping/handling charge to send the item to you, we will subtract the higher amount we paid from your total paid for the refund amount. If you need to return an item, please let us know that you will be doing so.
Any item returned more than 2 weeks after receipt will incur a 20% restocking fee unless prior arrangements are agreed upon. Any items returned more than 4 weeks after receipt will not be credited.
Any items returned damaged or used will not be credited.
* Special order items are excepted from this policy and are not returnable, including items specially gotten for customers in quantities not usually stocked by us.
